  12. Get 1 tsp of cumin powder.
  13. Take 1 tsp of garam masala powder.

  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp of sugar.
  17. Take 1 cup of spring onions.
  18. Prepare 1/2 cup of vinegar.

Instructions to make Chicken Teen Pyaaza:

  1. Soak sliced onion and green chillies in vinegar and keep aside..
  2. Make a paste of fried onion and red chillies and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a pan. Saute the cashews, remove and cool. Prepare a paste and set aside..
  4. In the same butter add 2 tbsp oil. Add ginger garlic paste and saute. Add the chicken pieces and saute on high flame for a few minutes..
  5. Add onions and chilli paste, tomato puree, salt and sugar. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Now add cashew paste, jeera powder, pepper powder and garam masala powder. Mix well. Add the cherry tomatoes. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add spring onion and mix well. Cook till oil floats on top..
  6. Garnish with onions and chillies soaked in vinegar. Serve with parathas. Enjoy! :).
